I recently had family visit from across the country. The morning after they arrived we woke up to a driveway full of running. Long story short, our hot water heater busted overnight and it was Saturday. I thought for sure my family and guests would have to stay at a hotel until we figured things out. At some point I remembered Resolution Plumbing because they had fixed some plumbing at our home before. After I called they were literally at our home in 25 minutes. They assessed the hot water heater and provided us with options AND changed it out on a Saturday. The service was superb and Alex was in and out in 3 hours. I highly recommend Resolution Plumbing for any and all plumbing needs. We will definitely keep them at the top of our list for any future services. Upon notification of the problem, the dispatcher of Resolution Plumbing, Jackie, immediately notified me that an experienced plumber, Gio Mena, would be sent between 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Gio Mena arrived 30 minutes early before the scheduled time of 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Gio immediately and thoroughly inspected the gas water heater issue and identified the source of the leak. He quickly notified and updated the property owner of the water heater issue and gained immediate approval to replace it with a new unit the next day. He arrived early and expeditiously removed the old unit, efficiently installed and tested the new water heater within 2 hours. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with Resolution Plumbing's prompt support and excellent customer service in resolving my gas water heater issue in no time.

Needed my Rinnai tankless water heater fixed and was given the number of Resolution Plumbing by Rinnai as a preferred company. My situation was a little different, but Alex made sure that he did everything to find the problem. He communicated issues, solutions, and gave me options. I chose to order a replacement part, which took longer, but Alex was able to replace it right away after he received it. I will definitely be calling Alex again for plumbing issues.

Sunday afternoon our water heater was leaking. Thinking, oh great, why on the weekend! We were able to shut off everything causing the water to leak out. I immediately went to Yelp to look at reviews on plumbers and found Resolution Plumbing. I had a reply back to my request on Yelp within a minute, and I called this company. Alex, who is the owner, answered and said unfortunately, he didn't do anything on the weekends, but he would be out at 7 a.m. on Monday, which worked great for us. He also told me how to turn everything off, water and gas. This morning, I received a text message that Alex was en route at 6:53 a.m. along with a photo of Alex on the text message. He arrived about 7:10 a.m. in a van that had his business information on it. Legit all the way. He assessed the water heater and stated it may have some warranty since it was installed in 2017, but the quality of the water heater was terrible. He says often home warranty companies do not use quality products. He said he's done quite a few repairs on this particular brand, and they just are not that great. He stated that it might take a week or two for a newer water heater to come in from this particular company under the warranty. I decided to replace it as I did not have a week or more not to have hot water. So after talking to him first about a tankless water system, which was going to cost quite a bit more, I decided to go with the traditional water heater. Within an hour he had returned with the new water heater and had set it up, and he was done at 9:09 a.m., 2 hours tops from assessment to replacement. The price was very fair as well. The new water heater has a 10-year warranty, as well as this company will come out to service it once a year. I was very impressed with his knowledge, as well as his expertise, and very, very pleased with this company. Alex is very polite and has great customer service. Side note: When I first called him, I could tell he was at home because I could hear his kids in the background, a family man and a small business. I definitely like supporting small businesses as my parents had a small business years ago, and it's important to support companies like this. I definitely will be contacting this company for more plumbing issues as they arise.

PLEASE READ. I don’t leave reviews and half the time don’t believe the reviews that are left. This will only be my third review in 50 years. When you get service like I got from Resolution Plumbing, you want to tell everyone. Had them install a water heater over a year ago. I noticed cold was hot and hot was hot. Could barely take a shower. Felt like the entire house was running only hot water. Alex came to the house. Replaced a valve and two shower valves. Reset the tankless water heater. I should have called them 6 months ago. Then to top off my experience, Alex charged me nothing. Who does that and where do you get service like this today. I have never had that happen and never expected it. Great team. Great company. Resolution Plumbing - Thank you. !!!! Customer for life.
