June, 2025 One of my 20-year-old master bathroom faucets was leaking and the shut-off valves were frozen. Alex explained the concerns in detail and provided options for resolution. I decided to replace both faucets and shut-off valves. Alex did an excellent job. Everything works great and looks modern. I am happy and completely satisfied.
12/19/23 I set up an appointment to have my annual water heater drained. Alex the owner and operator showed up at the appointed time. It was happy to see him again. I had a couple of concerns outside of the work request that he checked with no hesitation. I had previous repair and replacement work done before by him and his team. They are very dedicated, professional, and caring. There have been no issues. They do excellent work. I will not hesitate to call them again. Their office/scheduler is friendly, very helpful, and efficient.
2/14/23 This is a review for work done on this date. Gino Mena was the service tech assigned to replace my 12-year-old leaky water softener. He arrived at 8 am which was a snowy, rainy day. He was very cheerful despite all that. His work was excellent, clean, and neat. Very professional. Showed how things worked and answered all my questions. Great family-owned business and wonderful employees. Also, they are punctual and reliable.
Alex arrived at the estimated time. He practiced Covid protocol. He was here to drain the water heater and replace a worn part that was part of the yearly maintenance contract that I purchased. He was neat, organized, and thorough. He went the extra mile and checked the water pressure. He discovered it was low and not to code and could cause problems later. So I asked him if he could correct it, which he did. Also, I asked him if I should turn off the main water as good practice. He said it should be turned off when we are gone two or more days. I asked if he could show me how to turn it off and on which he did. Alex is very friendly, extremely patient, knowledgeable, and professional. I will continue to use his service.

Great experience. Plumbing connection in attic was badly corroded to the point of near failure. I also had an issue with a hose bib outside of my home. To get ahead of these problems I called Resolution Plumbing. Alex came out right away, provided me with a free estimate. I accepted it and he did the work at a reasonable price with no upselling nor any high-pressure "scare tactics" that this or that also needs to be taken care of or the world will end. I’ll no doubt use Resolution again in the future.
