I haven't had the work done yet, but I want to give a shout-out to Gio, Alex, and the staff that answers the phone. I've called multiple places regarding a leak in my bathroom. Resolution Plumbing was efficient and answered all my concerns, but they were polite and understanding. They were wonderful! Alex was AMAZING. He was very honorable, helpful, and truthful. Our last plumber wanted to rip off our entire shower to fix a piping. We went to Resolution for a second opinion on the leak to see if they could find it. Alex was so nice, and it was just a running toilet he fixed in minutes. Aloha.. Adrian was very professional and polite. Explained everything thoroughly and open to any questions that I had. I assumed the leak came from our upstairs tub but after testing tub & shower it turned out the leak was coming from the shower pipes. The leak went through the floor to the kitchen ceiling. He cut through the drywall where needed and fixed the problem. He communicated with my landlord as well and made sure the areas he worked at were left clean, wiped, and swept. He was very courteous and had a great personality. The company texted me prior to confirm his travel to my residence and respected my request to not ring the doorbell to avoid barking from our dogs so I had time to put them in their room.
